About
Empty Calorie Club makes food skepticism wearable.
We make graphic tees for people who read ingredient labels, prefer actual food, question nutrition hype, and have a healthy distrust of anything marketed as a miracle.
We think food should be a little less complicated. Less fear. Less diet dogma. Less wellness theater. More curiosity, better ingredients, and the freedom to make your own decisions without someone on the internet yelling about seed oils.
Our shirts use humor, sarcasm, and occasionally questionable judgment to poke at the strange world of calories, cravings, fasting, blood sugar, health trends, and food marketing.
We’re not here to tell you exactly what to eat. We’re here for the people who flip the package over, read the fine print, raise an eyebrow, and ask:
“Wait… what’s actually in this?”
Because people deserve a saner relationship with food—one based on curiosity and informed choice instead of fear and hype.
Read the label. Question the hype. Wear the joke.
